Presenter’s Bio: Mike Gelfgot is an Award-Winning expert in the field of Brain and Cognitive Health. He is co-Author of two publications, “The Healthy Mindset,” and “Put your Brain First.” He holds multiple licenses and certifications including: Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), Brain Health Trainer and Functional Aging Institute Specialist (Functional Aging Institute), and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Mike is COO of Activate Brain and Body Fitness in Montgomery.
